Peak Season: April 1 - August 31:
Weekend = $495/night
Weekday = $395/night
Weekly = $2570/week
- Holiday rates are the same as Peak Season rates.
- Minimum purchasable stay: two nights.
- For groups over twelve people, additional rental charge of $20 per person (in excess of twelve people) per night.
- Non-refundable cleaning Fee is $185.
- Refundable damage deposit of $600 due 30 days before arrival.
- Rates may be subject to change before confirmation.

7 LARGE Bedrooms --- Spacious Master Suite has King bed, carved oak
entertainment center with TV & player, ceiling fan, vintage waterfall
vanity, private deck, private bath with
oversize Jacuzzi recliner tub, 2 other large bedrooms on this upper floor
have queen beds. Two more bedrooms on main floor, one a queen bed (plus a
l rollaway), 2nd a full size bed, (plus other sleeping areas in the
castle).
4 Bathrooms --- One family bathroom is on the main level, and another is
on the upper level, both have their sinks divided from toilet/tub area for
multiple person use, plus another “throne” room is easy access on lowest
entertainment level, and the Master Suite has its own private
bathroom-towels and linens provided.
Large well-equipped Kitchen (open to dining & family room) --- centrally
located radiant stove in island with real chopping block, microwave,
family fridge with lower freezer and full upright freezer off dining room,
toaster, blender, coffee maker, plastic and ceramic dishes, plastic and
glass cups and mugs, tableware, table clothes, cloth napkins, full kitchen
utensils and knives set, new gas BBQ on kitchen deck, etc.
Convenient Dining room --- seats 6 on main chairs or 10 using bay window
seating (plus five more at breakfast bar) plus more on folding tables and
chairs? Even MORE down on entertainment level.
Family room--- freestanding wood stove, Entertainment Center, video/DVD
player with libraries (castle times themes+), recliner, couch, love seat,
swivel rocker, desk, (toys, baby saucer, porta-crib on this floor).
Relaxing Library---bay window seat, velvet couch, recliner, stocked
library (classics/contemporary- much medieval themed) Adult, youth and
children's books, Full Twilight Book Series, MANY OLD fairy tales.
The Great Hall=17ft x 35ft with 12ft high cedar lined walls & real stone
fireplace, velvet couch, recliner, chairs, huge desk, massive antique
European oak cabinet- (+ more folding tables and chairs).
Exceptional Extra Rooms
A. Romantic Tower Retreat, with single bed, antique
spinning wheel, views.
B. Attic- with sleeping supplies
C. Hidden room, with games table etc,
D. Dungeon/.Dragons lair, with costume accessories, microwave and another
game table,
Outside --- 20+ forest views out EVERY window (can't see ANY neighbors!)
a. Large fenced back yard (kids can't climb fence because slats are in the
hurricane fencing),
b. Cement dancing patio, fire pit, man made waterfall, picnic table with
benches and extra seating on wall, different levels, fruit trees, hammock,
badminton, volleyball, many yard games etc (provided),
c. Private outside Master Suite; hot tub on deck, patio table with umbrella
d. Deck off kitchen, with gates at the ends for toddler play area safety,
and stairs to back yard.
